Privacy Policy

Vaize is operated by GS Vision LLC d/b/a Vaize. This policy covers vaize.ai and the information submitted through its demo and sample forms. Contact us at hello@vaize.ai.

Depending on the form you use, we may collect:

• your name and work email;
• an optional vertical, published-source URL, and message;
• whether the request came from the demo form or sample gate; and
• your browser user-agent, which is stored with the request.

We process IP addresses transiently for abuse prevention. The rate limiter stores keyed digests rather than the raw address. Our hosting provider may also process request metadata, including IP addresses, in its operational logs.

• to provide the requested sample or respond to a demo request;
• to discuss a possible project or ongoing service;
• to secure, troubleshoot, and improve the site and forms; and
• to measure aggregate site use and completed requests.

We do not sell the details submitted through these forms.

We use service providers to operate the site and process requests. Supabase stores form submissions; Resend sends internal lead notifications; Vercel hosts the site; and Google Analytics 4 provides site analytics when configured. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy practices and may process it in the United States or other locations where they operate.

Google Analytics 4 may use cookies and process information such as page views, referral data, device/browser information, a pseudonymous identifier, and approximate location. Our custom events record CTA labels, completed demo and sample requests, and (when supplied) the selected demo vertical; they do not intentionally send names, email addresses, source URLs, or messages to Google Analytics.

You can limit analytics through browser controls or the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.

After an accepted sample request, we set a strictly necessary, signed, HTTP-only cookie so the gated video can be played. It contains no name or email, is not available to client-side scripts, and expires after 24 hours.

We keep request information for as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage a potential or active business relationship, maintain business records, resolve disputes, and protect the service. We do not currently promise a fixed automatic deletion period. You may ask us to delete your submission as described below.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including restricted database access and server-only credentials. No storage or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information, or to object to certain processing. Email hello@vaize.ai with your request. We may need to verify your identity before acting.

This business-to-business site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. We may update this policy as the site or our practices change; the date above shows the latest revision.
