Report-to-video production

Turn recurring reports into anchor-led video.

Vaize turns an approved report or recurring data update into a concise, spoken story for the feed. The service combines editorial adaptation, an AI anchor, captions, and coded graphics in a managed production workflow.

Start with an approved source

The input can be a PDF market report, a published web report, a research note, an article, or another recurring update. During scoping, we confirm how the source is supplied, which sections take priority, and who can resolve ambiguities.

The goal is not to narrate every page. It is to identify the clearest story, choose the facts that support it, and preserve the source’s meaning in a short vertical format.

Identify the story

Define the audience, time frame, main development, and the few facts needed to explain it.

Map claims to the source

Keep names, dates, figures, comparisons, and caveats connected to the material your team approved.

Design for spoken video

Adapt prose into a hook, narration, captions, headlines, and legible data cards for a 9:16 frame.

How source-fed data cards work

A coded card has defined fields for values, labels, units, and comparisons. Vaize populates those fields from the approved material instead of asking a generative model to create both the graphic and its values.

This approach is strongest for recurring structures such as average price, month-over-month change, rate, ranking, or category comparison, because the same visual rules can be checked and reused.

What your team reviews

Your reviewers should check the selected story, wording, pronunciation, figures, source dates, caveats, and any industry-specific disclosures before publication. Vaize can build those checkpoints into the agreed production flow.

For regulated or advice-sensitive subjects, the video does not replace your legal, compliance, or editorial approval process.

A concrete real estate example

The Vaize sample condenses a public Brooklyn rental-market report into a short anchor-led segment. It cites borough-wide changes, neighborhood comparisons, and year-over-year movement using figures drawn from the source report.

Report-to-video FAQ

Questions about report-to-video production.

Can you work from a PDF?

A PDF can be a source input. We confirm accessibility, structure, rights, and any supporting files during scoping.

Does every figure become a graphic?

No. The story should use only the figures needed for clarity. The final card set depends on the report and intended runtime.

Who approves the final video?

The client’s designated reviewer remains responsible for source accuracy, required disclosures, and publication approval.
